OpenAI Rolls Out GPT-6 and Intelligent UI in ChatGPT
My take: OpenAI has started bringing GPT-6 to ChatGPT with something it calls "Intelligent UI": instead of answering only in text, the model decides when it makes sense to show you a chart, a button, a form, or a small tool right inside the same reply. One example OpenAI gave: ask for a road trip plan and the answer comes back with an interactive map, not a paragraph describing one.
This is exactly the kind of change worth noticing if you use ChatGPT for work: the difference between reading an explanation of a price comparison and seeing that comparison in a table you can actually tap through, or between having a retirement savings calculator described to you and using it right there. Those are minutes saved, and minutes that add up if you use it every day for your business or your projects.
What matters here isn't that AI got "smarter," it's that it got more practical: it hands you the answer in the format that actually helps, not the one that's easiest to generate. If you use ChatGPT for work, are there tasks where you'd rather see the answer as an interactive tool instead of a long paragraph of text?
