At Wanda Builds we work with print-on-demand: each product is made when you order it. Even so, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is when and how you can request an exchange or a refund.
Made-to-order products
All of our merch (t-shirts, caps, hoodies, mugs, stickers and accessories) is printed just for you through our production partner. That is why we do not hold inventory or accept plain change-of-mind returns like a traditional store.
Exchanges and refunds for defects or damage
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, damaged in transit, or is a different item than what you bought, we will make it right. Contact us via our Support page within 14 days of receiving your package, with your order number and one or more photos of the issue. After reviewing, we offer a free replacement or a refund.
What is covered: a free replacement or refund when the problem is on the production side, that is, a manufacturing defect, a print error, a wrong item, or a product damaged in transit.
What is not covered: change-of-mind returns, or the wrong size or color chosen by the customer, since each piece is made to order. It also does not cover minor color variations from the screen, which are normal in printing. Personalized products are only covered if they arrive defective.
Size and product choice
Because each piece is made to order, please review the size guide and product details carefully before buying. An order with the wrong size chosen by the customer does not always qualify for a refund; email us anyway and we will look for the best possible solution.
Personalized items
Personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
How to start a request
Contact us via our Support page, let us know it is a return, and include: your order number, the email you bought with, and photos of the product if applicable. We reply within 24 hours and walk you through it step by step.
