Products and availability

We sell physical print-on-demand merch (t-shirts, caps, hoodies, mugs, stickers and accessories) designed by Wanda. Because each item is made to order, colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to decline or cancel an order when needed.

Prices and payments

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe Checkout. By completing the purchase, you authorize the charge for the total shown, including taxes and shipping where they apply.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are printed and dispatched through our production partner. Delivery times and destination countries are detailed on the Shipping page. Third-party delays (production, transit or customs) can happen and are outside our direct control.

Returns

Our exchange and refund policy is explained on the Returns & Refunds page. By buying a made-to-order product, you understand that plain change-of-mind returns may not apply.

Intellectual property

The designs, text, logos and images on this site are the property of Wanda Builds / Wanda Oyola and may not be copied, resold or used without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to damage it, breach it, or use it for fraud. We may suspend access in case of misuse.

Liability

We do our best to describe products accurately and deliver them on time, but we are not responsible for third-party delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
