Turn month-end chaos into a closing checklist you'll actually follow

1. **Week 1 of the month** — what to check or get ahead of as soon as the month starts (nothing
   last-minute).
2. **Weeks 2 and 3** — follow-up tasks: what to reconcile, what to collect, what to order in time.
3. **Last week before closing** — what's left for the end, in the order it should be done.
4. **Closing day** — short final verification checklist before calling the month closed.

Rules:
- Don't invent tasks, amounts, or dates I didn't give you. If key information is missing to order
