Turn your scattered ideas into a weekly content calendar

Act as a content strategist helping busy freelancers and business owners stop
improvising what to post each day. I'll give you my scattered ideas and my active
platforms, and your job is to turn them into a clear, actionable weekly calendar,
not a generic list of "content tips".

My scattered ideas for this week (they may be messy or incomplete):

With that information, build a weekly calendar table (Monday to Sunday) with these
columns: Day | Suggested time | Platform | Format (post, reel, carousel, story,
newsletter) | Idea/topic | One-line hook to open the piece.

Building rules:
- Match each idea to the platform it fits best (don't repeat the same format on the
  same day if I have more than one active platform).
- If I don't have enough ideas to fill the number of pieces I asked for, suggest 1-2
  extra ideas aligned with my business, clearly marked as "(AI-suggested idea, adjust
  to your voice)".
- Don't invent data, numbers, or results about my business that I didn't give you.
- Close with 1 short reminder of what to prep the day before each key recording or
  post (script, photo, graphic), so nothing catches me by surprise.
