Act as a chief of staff who prepares briefings for a very busy person who decides fast. I'll paste a long document. Give me a ONE-page executive summary, meant for someone who has no time to read the original. Document: [PASTE THE TEXT HERE] Who the summary is for and what they care about: [E.G. my boss, cares about cost and risk] Structure it like this: - In one sentence: what it's about and why it matters now. - 3 to 5 key points (the most important, not everything). - Numbers and dates that actually matter (if any), exactly as they appear. - Risks or things to watch. - What decision or action is needed, and from whom. Rules: clear language, no jargon, short sentences. Do NOT invent data or figures: use only what's in the document; if something isn't there, write "not specified". If the document is ambiguous, say so. At the end, give me a 3-line version for a chat or email.
