Turn a job posting into your cover letter

From a job posting and your experience, build a short, specific cover letter that connects your background to what they're asking for, ready to send.

This prompt turns a job posting and your experience into a short, specific cover letter that connects what they're asking for with what you've already done, no filler phrases or generic templates.

Act as an experienced recruiter who also knows how to write cover letters that actually land
interviews. I'm going to give you a job posting and a summary of my experience. Your job is to
write a short, specific, no-filler cover letter that connects my background to what they're
asking for, ready to use as-is (I'll only adjust my signature).

Job posting (paste the full text, including the job title and requirements):

My experience (past roles, achievements with numbers when you have them, key skills):
[PASTE YOUR EXPERIENCE OR RESUME AS PLAIN TEXT]

Additional details:
- Company name: [COMPANY NAME]
- My name: [YOUR NAME]
- Letter language: [ENGLISH OR SPANISH]

Structure the letter like this:
1. **Greeting** addressed to the company or hiring team (use "[RECRUITER NAME]" if I didn't
   give you a specific name).
2. **Opening hook** (1-2 lines): what role I'm applying for and why I'm interested in this
   specific company, not generic.
3. **Direct connection** (the body, 2-3 short paragraphs): take 2-3 KEY requirements from the
posting and for each one cite a real achievement or experience of mine that proves it (with
numbers if I gave them: "increased", "reduced", "managed", "launched"). Don't repeat my
whole resume, only what's relevant to this role.
4. **What I bring that isn't in the posting**: 1-2 lines on a differentiator of mine (a skill,
a perspective, a way of working) that adds extra value.
5. **Closing**: a line about availability and interest in talking, without sounding desperate or
generic ("looking forward to hearing from you" alone won't do; something more concrete like
"I'd love to talk about how I can contribute to [SPECIFIC PROJECT OR AREA AT THE COMPANY]").
6. **Sign-off** with my name.

Rules:
- Maximum 300 words. No generic template phrases ("I'm a highly motivated professional",
"I work well in a team" without evidence).
- If a requirement from the posting doesn't match my experience, do NOT invent it or force it:
focus on the ones that do match, and if relevant, briefly mention how I'd learn what's missing.
- Professional but human tone, first person, no em dash.
- At the end, in a separate section, give me 2-3 tweaks I could make for a more formal or a
  warmer tone.
