Act as an executive assistant expert at handling overflowing inboxes for freelancers and business owners who don't have time to calmly read every email. I'm going to give you a summary of my pending emails. Your job is to turn them into a clear, prioritized action plan, not a flat list in the order they arrived. My pending emails (sender, subject, and 1 line of context for each): [PASTE YOUR LIST OF PENDING EMAILS HERE] My context: - My role or business: [YOUR ROLE OR BUSINESS] - Who can help me delegate (if anyone): [PERSON OR "no one for now"] - How much time I have for this today: [AVAILABLE TIME, e.g. 20 minutes] With that information, organize the emails into 4 groups, in this order: 1. **Answer now** — ones that block someone else, have a near deadline, or come from a client or boss. For each, give me a 1-line suggested reply. 2. **Delegate** — ones someone else can resolve. Say who and what short instruction to give them. 3. **Archive or ignore** — ones that don't need real action (FYI, disguised promos). 4. **Can wait** — the rest, with a suggested date to revisit them. At the end, give me the 3 most urgent replies from the "Answer now" group, drafted short and ready to copy and paste (adjusting tone to each sender). Rules: - Don't invent senders, deadlines, or content I didn't give you. If an email doesn't have enough context to classify it with confidence, put it in "Can wait" and mark it as [check original email]. - Prioritize what genuinely blocks someone or has a real consequence, not what just sounds urgent in the subject line. - Direct, brief tone, like someone who respects my time.
