1. Hook (first line): a short line that stops the scroll, without being empty clickbait.
2. Body: 3-5 short paragraphs (1-2 lines each) that develop the idea with a concrete example or story, not generic.
3. Close: a question or direct invitation that makes people want to comment (not a generic "thoughts?", something specific to the topic).
4. 3-5 relevant hashtags at the end.
