My take: This is the first time Trump's renaming stopped being a line in a speech and became a signed document: the White House said Trump and Xi Jinping agreed to use "super intelligence" instead of "artificial intelligence," and that the US and China will hold their first "Super Intelligence Dialogue" by November, with a hotline for reporting incidents to each other.

What stands out to me isn't the name, it's the hotline. Two countries competing hard to lead in AI just created a formal channel to warn each other if something goes wrong with their most advanced systems. That says more about the real concern behind all this "super intelligence" noise than any UN speech does.

For anyone using AI at work, nothing practical changes today.
