Cualquiera de estas dos sirve y tienen plan gratis:
- ChatGPT: entra a https://chat.openai.com y crea tu cuenta.
- Claude: entra a https://claude.ai y crea tu cuenta.
Para estudiar, las dos funcionan muy bien. Si vas a subir PDFs largos o muchos apuntes, Claude suele manejar textos grandes con comodidad. Escoge una y sigue con ella.

For studying, both work very well. If you’re going to upload long PDFs or lots of notes, Claude tends to handle large texts comfortably. Pick one and stick with it.
2 Dale tu material de estudioGive it your study material
La IA estudia contigo, pero necesita saber QUÉ vas a estudiar. Dale tu material real, no temas en general.
- Pegar texto: copia tus apuntes y pégalos directo en el chat.
- Subir archivo: usa el clip o el botón de adjuntar para subir un PDF, un Word o hasta una foto de tu libreta.
Empieza el mensaje diciéndole el contexto:
“Estos son mis apuntes de Biología para el examen del viernes sobre el sistema digestivo. Voy a hacerte preguntas para estudiar.”
Mientras más completo y claro el material, mejores serán los resúmenes y las preguntas que te haga.
The AI studies with you, but it needs to know WHAT you’re going to study. Give it your real material, not topics in general.
- Paste text: copy your notes and paste them straight into the chat.
- Upload a file: use the clip or attach button to upload a PDF, a Word doc or even a photo of your notebook.
Start the message by giving it the context:
“These are my Biology notes for Friday’s exam on the digestive system. I’m going to ask you questions to study.”
The more complete and clear the material, the better the summaries and questions it gives you.
3 Pide un resumen y los puntos claveAsk for a summary and the key points
Antes de memorizar, entiende el mapa completo. Pídele que ordene el tema:
“Resume estos apuntes en los 10 puntos más importantes que van a salir en el examen, en lenguaje simple.”
Y para asegurarte de no dejar huecos:

Before memorizing, understand the whole map. Ask it to organize the topic:
“Summarize these notes into the 10 most important points likely to be on the exam, in simple language.”
And to make sure you don’t leave gaps:
“Which concepts in this topic usually confuse students? Explain them with an example.”
That way you know where to start and where to put more effort, instead of studying everything equally.
4 Crea un cuestionario de prácticaCreate a practice quiz
Aquí está el secreto: aprendes más respondiendo que releyendo. Pídele un examen de práctica:
“Hazme un cuestionario de 10 preguntas de opción múltiple sobre estos apuntes. No me des las respuestas todavía; espera a que yo conteste.”
Contesta, y luego:
“Estas son mis respuestas: 1-B, 2-C, 3-A… Corrígeme y explícame las que fallé.”
Repite con preguntas nuevas hasta que casi no falles. Pídele que suba la dificultad cuando ya domines las fáciles.
Here’s the secret: you learn more by answering than by rereading. Ask it for a practice exam:
“Make me a 10-question multiple-choice quiz on these notes. Don’t give me the answers yet; wait until I respond.”
Answer, and then:
“Here are my answers: 1-B, 2-C, 3-A… Grade me and explain the ones I got wrong.”
Repeat with new questions until you barely miss any. Ask it to raise the difficulty once you’ve mastered the easy ones.
5 Repasa explicándole el temaReview by explaining the topic to it
La mejor forma de saber si de verdad entendiste algo es explicarlo. Usa la IA como tu oyente:
“Te voy a explicar el tema con mis palabras y tú me dices si me faltó algo o si dije algo mal.”
Escribe tu explicación como si se la dieras a un amigo. La IA te marca los huecos y los errores al instante. Esta técnica (explicar para aprender) fija el conocimiento muchísimo mejor que volver a leer.
También puedes pedirle un examen oral: que te haga una pregunta, esperes tu respuesta, y siga con la próxima.
The best way to know if you really understood something is to explain it. Use the AI as your listener:
“I’m going to explain the topic in my own words and you tell me if I missed anything or said something wrong.”
Write your explanation as if you were giving it to a friend. The AI flags the gaps and mistakes instantly. This technique (explaining to learn) locks in knowledge far better than rereading.
You can also ask for an oral exam: have it ask one question, wait for your answer, and move on to the next.

Si te gusta estudiar con tarjetas (flashcards), pídeselas hechas:
“Convierte estos apuntes en 20 tarjetas de memoria, con la pregunta de un lado y la respuesta corta del otro. Dámelas en una tabla.”
Copia la tabla a una hoja o a una app de tarjetas y repasa en el bus, en la fila o donde sea. Estudio en pedacitos, sin cargar el libro.
If you like studying with flashcards, ask for them ready-made:
“Turn these notes into 20 flashcards, with the question on one side and a short answer on the other. Give them to me in a table.”
Copy the table into a sheet or a flashcard app and review on the bus, in line or anywhere. Studying in small bites, without carrying the book.
