En Gmail: Configuración → Ver todos los ajustes → Firma → pega con Ctrl/Cmd+V. En Outlook: Archivo → Opciones → Correo → Firmas → pega ahí. Si el formato no llega, usa "texto plano" y aplica el estilo a mano. In Gmail: Settings → See all settings → Signature → paste with Ctrl/Cmd+V. In Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → paste there. If formatting does not carry over, use "plain text" and style it by hand.
