Las personas que se quedaron sin trabajo son reales, muchas en soporte, QA y desarrollo tradicional, y eso duele. La señal para quien trabaja en tecnología es clarita: las empresas ya ni disimulan el recorte, ahora lo escriben en sus papeles oficiales. Por eso insisto tanto: la IA llegó para quedarse, y el que aprende a usarla deja de competir contra ella y empieza a montarse encima. Claro, esa es mi opinión.

That's why I keep insisting: AI is here to stay, and whoever learns to use it stops competing against it and starts riding on top of it. Of course, that's just my opinion.
